Insta Restaurants is a service meant to target traditional restaurants that have the desire to expand their services to their local clients and can't afford to be compete against bigger restaurant chains or list their shop on the major restaurant commerce pages.
Creating an easily integrated system to automate restaurants workflow and meal preparation.
Creating a platform with loyalty reward system to keep customers easily engaged with the restaurant.
To provide a tailored service for each individual client suiting their business
In order to figure out more details about how this service is to be provided for potential clients, we decided to run a mini Design Sprint. Which helped us determine the goals and challenges that we should be focusing on to deliver the MVP to test the marketability of the idea.
- Customers can't rely on their service.
- Can't handle a large number of orders.
- Using Traditional messaging apps to get orders.
- Customers have to constantly ask for the menu updates.
- Can't obtain a loyal customer base.
The main challenge facing this project is convincing restaurant owners in the investment they'd be making in purchasing such a service. Teaching restaurant employees how to optimally use and maintain their restaurant menu listing. Getting professional photographed dishes.

Manhal is an Arab student who prefers good home-cooked meals because they remind him of home (and because they work with his student budget), but he always struggles to remember restaurants menus. So, he prefers to interact with an app rather than text over WhatsApp to get in contact with his favourite restaurants.

Nadeem loves traditional Arab cuisine. However, he finds ordering his favourite meals over WhatsApp highly inconvenient, as he dislikes the fact that he always needs to request a photo of the menu and ask what is or isn't available every time he wants to place an order.
This apps main purpose is to create a sense of loyalty between the client and their customers through a tailored experience and away from all traditional means of processing orders. In a cost-effective manner to give them a competitive advantage against their similar businesses.

Each restaurant would have a main browse screen where they would list their top offers and special dishes.
Customers would view the dish details, change the ingredients as they wish and add it to the basket directly.
Customers get to specify their order details, pay online, change the time of delivery and proceed to purchase.
Each Client would have their own custom app to suit their brand design, along with guidelines and help in listing their dishes to present them to their customers in the best way possible.
Through this app, the restaurant can view each order individually, together with the details and the desired payment method. Additionally, Employees may update their menus and create new special offers curated towards their customers.
